For some projects, EMERITT may agree a success fee with the client, payable only if the partnership or transaction materialises. The fee model is defined before the mission begins.

Black Gold projects are handled in strict confidence.
Mandate
The mission starts after the scope is validated and the agreed fees are paid.
No financing guarantee
EMERITT carries out the research, introductions and steps set out in the mandate, but does not guarantee obtaining financing or concluding a partnership, which depends on the independent decision of the partners involved.
Exclusivity
Territorial, sector or partner-specific exclusivity can be negotiated depending on the project.
